JAがセレクトした旬の農産品のセット。
4月～5月は清水のいちご。きらぴ香と紅ほっぺ、各１パックのセットをお届けします。
「きらぴ香」はキラキラした宝石のうな輝きに品の良い甘みとフルーティーな香りが特徴。「紅ほっぺ」は あきひめ と さちのか の交配によって誕生した、大粒で、甘みとほど良い酸味が調和した、こくのある濃厚な味。

Shimizu strawberries from April to May. A set of one pack each of Kirapika and Benihoppe will be delivered.
Kirapika is characterized by how it sparkles like a jewel, its elegant sweetness and fruity aroma. Benihoppe is a crossbreed between Akihime and Sachinoka. It’s large and has a rich, intense flavor that combines sweetness and a good acidity.

6月～8月は清水の枝豆。駒豆です。

清水市の三保・駒越地区で温室栽培されている枝付きの枝豆。形も美しく色味も青々としており、料亭などでも使われていました。
平成24年には「しずおか食セレクション」に認定。

June to August is Shimizu’s edamame. It will be komame.

Edamame grown in greenhouses in the Miho and Komagoe areas of Shimizu City. They are beautifully shaped and lush in color and were used in restaurants.
In 2012, it was recognized as a 'Shizuoka Food Selection'.

9月は秋の実りセット。銀杏と折戸ナスです。

味覚の「銀杏」は、街路樹としても親しまれているイチョウの実。ねっとりとした食感と独特の風味があるので、茶碗蒸しのアクセントにしたり、甘露煮にしたりと和食でよく使われます。
「折戸ナス」は丸い形で果肉が緻密。原種に近いためトゲが鋭く、形も不ぞろいになりがちだが、ナスらしいコクのある濃厚な味わいです。

10月～3月は旬の柑橘。10月がゆら早生、11月が早生、12月中が青島、2月がはるみの予定です。酸味と甘みのバランスがいいおいしい清水産の柑橘をお楽しみください。

‘Ginkgo' is the fruit of the ginkgo tree, which is also a popular roadside tree. With its sticky texture and unique flavor, it is often used in Japanese cuisine as an accent in chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and as a sweetened condiment.
'Orito eggplant' has a round shape and dense flesh. Because it is close to the original variety, it tends to have sharp spines and an uneven shape, but it has a rich, thick, eggplant-like flavor.

October to March will offer seasonal citrus fruits.
October will be Yurawase, November will be Wase, Mid December will be Aoshima and mid-February will be Harumi.
*Shipments will be made in accordance with the citrus shipping season.
