Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: All product prices include shipping. However, Hokkaido and Okinawa will incur an additional 500 yen for delivery, and for products available for delivery to remote islands, an additional 1,000 yen will be charged for delivery.
( Delivery cannot be made to areas where delivery is suspended).
Please note that shipping costs are added per item.
Q: Can I order more than one product at a time, if I have more than one shipping address?
A: If you wish to ship to more than one address, please purchase each one individually and specify the shipping address for each.
Please also note that all products are sent directly from the main shop, so it is not possible to combine products from different shops.
Q: Can you print out a receipt?
A: No receipt is enclosed with the goods. Please use your credit card statement as a receipt.
Q: Will a delivery note be included?
A: Some products do not include a delivery note. Please check the product page and if you require a delivery note please make sure to write "Delivery note requested" in the remarks field when ordering. We will send it to you by e-mail after dispatch.
If a delivery note is required after receiving the goods, please contact us within 5 days.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Each store has a different shipping schedule, so please check the product page.
Orders placed during Golden Week, Obon, New Year holidays and other periods may take longer to be delivered due to store closures.
Q: Can I return the product?
A: In the event of damage, defects or poor quality, please email Suruga Selection within 10 days of receiving the product and return the product to the sender.
After confirming damage, defects or poor quality, we will replace the item or refund the amount including shipping costs. Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible after a period of time has elapsed or after use.
