島田市の可愛いカフェポプリのOH!!CHA! MILK JAMは静岡産業大学の学生さんと市内飲食店のコラボレーションで生まれました。
豆乳、砂糖をベースに島田の石臼引き煎茶を練りこんだジャムは緑色が濃く、香り豊か。温めた牛乳に溶かして飲むとなんともホッとする優しい味に。もちろんスコーンやパンにつけて食べても絶品です。
これを食べれば島田のお茶の魅力が絶対伝わる！自信の逸品です。

OH!!!CHA! MILK JAM at the lovely Cafe Popuri in Shimada City is a collaboration between students from Shizuoka Sangyo University and restaurants in the city.
The jam, with a base of soya milk and sugar are mixed with Shimada's stone-ground sencha tea, has a dark green color and rich aroma. Dissolve in warmed milk and drink for a gentle, comforting taste. Of course, it is also excellent on scones and bread.
You will definitely understand the charm of Shimada's tea if you try this!

島田のお茶を使用した「しまだ茶ブレ」は香ばしく優しい味わい。
細かくした茶葉を練りこんであるので食べている時はもちろん、食べた後にも口の中にお茶の香りを感じる事ができます。

地元の方に愛される島田市の可愛いカフェ「ポプリ」の店内は、広々とくつろげる空間が広がっています。ケーキだけでなくランチやディナー営業も行っていて、ハンバーグ、ドリア、ピザなど、どれを食べても美味しいと評判。何度も訪れたくなるアットホームな雰囲気が素敵なカフェです。
オーナーの河原崎さんはイラスト入りのデコレーションケーキなども手がけていて、ケーキ職人歴は40年以上。河原崎さんの作るケーキはお祝い事やイベントで喜ばれること間違いなしです。
デコレーションケーキは全国に冷凍配送も受け付けています。

The interior of Popuri, a cute café in Shimada loved by locals, is spacious and relaxing. As well as cakes, it is open for lunch and dinner and is known for its delicious hamburgers, doria, pizza and other dishes. Popuri has a lovely homely atmosphere that makes you want to visit again and again.
The owner, Mr Kawarazaki, has more than 40 years of experience as a cake maker, including decorated cakes with illustrations. Cakes made by Mr Kawarazaki are great for celebrations and events.
Decorated cakes can also be delivered frozen nationwide.
