食べるおだしはその名の通り、おだしをそのまま食べる斬新な商品です。おだしの旨味をもっと気軽に味わっていただきたい！という思いで作られました。
手に取ると、少し厚みがあってしっとりしていて、口に入れるとふわりとほどける新食感。味付けは和食の基本の醤油ベース。万人受けするかつおの味と比べて、まぐろは黒胡椒をプラスして少し大人向けの味付けに。
晩酌のお供にはもちろん、小腹が空いたときや、お子様のおやつにもピッタリ。そのまま少し豪華な卵かけごはんにしたり、お茶漬けにのせたり。細かく砕いてサラダやパスタにベーコンチップの代わりに振りかければ、カロリーオフで気軽にカルシウムをプラスできます。

As the name suggests, edible dashi is a unique product that allows you to eat dashi as it is. It was created with the intent of letting people enjoy the taste of dashi more easily.
It is slightly thick and moist, with a texture that softly unravels in your mouth. The seasoning is soy sauce-based, the basic ingredient of Japanese cuisine. Compared to the flavor of bonito, which is popular with all, the tuna has a slightly more mature taste with the addition of black pepper.
Perfect as a side for an evening drink, when you are hungry or as a snack for children. You can serve it with a luxurious egg rice, or on top of ochazuke (rice with green tea).

通常まぐろの角煮は、まぐろを切った時に出る破片も一緒に固めてしまうのですが、石原水産のまぐろ角煮はお刺身用の天然まぐろを角切りにし、そのまま角煮にしているので、ふっくら柔らか。まぐろ本来のおいしさを味わうことができます。炊きたてのごはんやお弁当のおかずにも。

Usually, braised tuna cubes are hardened together with the pieces that are produced when the tuna is cut, but Ishihara Suisan's braised tuna cubes are made by cutting natural tuna for sashimi and then cooking them directly into cubes, so they are soft and tender. You can taste the original taste of the tuna. It is perfect with freshly cooked rice or as a side dish for a packed lunch.

かつおの角煮を、よりおいしく便利に。
角煮をわざわざほぐすことにより、タレが一層かつおに染み込み、しっとりとして、おいしさが増すんです！白いご飯に混ぜ込んでおにぎりにしたり、卵焼きにプラスしたり。パンにマヨネーズを塗ってチーズと玉ねぎをのせてトーストでこんがり焼けば、和風てりやきピザトーストに。おいしさも栄養もばっちりです。
